This was a lovely morning in hilly areas of neelum valley, a really pleasant morning. I woke up early in the morning and started walking in neelum village to enjoy cool breeze. I saw a lot of wood working and creativity around all directions. People live in wooden house which they built their selves. The guest house where we arranged our night stay was also made from wooden pallets. As I turned to the backyard, a wood cutting equipment was installed to cut and sand the wood to make beauteous wooden pieces for different purpose. In my room in guest house, there was a very beauteous pallet single bed having its own wooden look. I asked from the owner that how much it costs you a single bed. He replied that only 60$ cost him a single pallet bed. I’ll also share some snaps of these single pallet bed with you. There was a beautiful mini lawn in front of guest house fenced with wooden pallets, a really wood creativity.
On the next day we started hiking towards upper hilly mountains to enjoy natural beauty. On the entire way we saw wooden house and wooden made wood storage . As nice wood is easily available in this area so people have a lot of DIY skills for DIY pallet projects like wooden house, wooden furniture etc.
