In Sydney , Australia Richie Northcott has recently created a tiny house called Barrington Tops cabin. This house has simple but comfortable interior suitable for up to two people.
The Barrington Tops Cabin has 14 Sqm (150 Sq ft) area, the house is based on a double axle trailer which is consist on timber frame with rigid foam insulation. It has interior finish of wheather tex made by timber industry.
This includes a bed , a small dining table, camping style stove ,cabinetry and a sink. Bath room is located opposite side of the bed .The bath room is finished in the fiber cement sheets which has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower. Pipes, taps and shower are made by copper .Cabin has enough storage space and bed is surrounded by large windows. Open able window louvers are provided in the bath room.
The Barrington Tops cabin is electrified by roof based solar power setup and features LED lighting. It is located in a picturesque spot near the Barrington National Park by a river. Richie Northcott, the founder of this house has vision to reduce foot print of mankind through design / construction and this cabin is a model that how small and light we could get. We have no idea about the cost of Barrington Tops cabin but it is available for rent on Air bnb.
